Our Yoga Classes

Currently there is no classes, which are usually for an hour, including warm up and relaxation at the end.

What is Yoga? Yoga is form of exercise that stretches the mind and body. The classes teach you to stretch your muscles in a safe and sustained way, reducing tensions, ready to be able to relax.
 

Iyengar Yoga is a way of teaching yoga renowned for its teaching style which is accessible to everyone.

 

What should I expect? You will learn through a systematic programme to build strength and flexibility (it is a myth that you need to be flexible to do start yoga - in fact it is better if you're not).

 

Can I join the class? To join the class you should be fit and well although we sometime accept those with medical conditions* where we can adapt aspects of the normal class programme.

 

*Medical Conditions? Please inform us BEFORE starting classes if you have a medical condition.

 

Will I need anything? Not initially as we have some spare yoga equipment. However, if you like the classes you will be encouraged to have your own yoga mat, 5 foam blocks and a belt.

 

How do I book for the class? To join the class please press contact us and we can arrange when you can start and how to pay.
